Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 999bs platform, including the website located at 999bs.bio, all associated mobile-optimised pages, and any related services operated by 999bs (collectively, "the Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and 999bs.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the 999bs Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform. 999bs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility Requirements

Access to the 999bs Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. 999bs reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be verified.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register or use the Platform. This requirement is strictly enforced. Providing false information about your age is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
• Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons who are legally prohibited from gambling or betting in their jurisdiction may not use the Platform.
• Single account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 999bs. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection. Any funds held in duplicate accounts may be voided.
• Self-exclusion status: Individuals who have voluntarily requested self-exclusion from any gambling platform, or who have been excluded by 999bs, are not eligible to register or play and must not attempt to circumvent exclusion measures.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. 999bs reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any stage, including before processing withdrawals.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of 999bs services, you must register an account. Registration requires a valid mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

• You must choose a strong, unique password for your 999bs account. Do not reuse passwords from other services including bKash, Nagad, or email accounts.
• You must not share your account credentials, one-time passwords (OTPs), or any account access details with any third party, including individuals claiming to be 999bs staff. Legitimate 999bs support agents will never ask for your password or OTP.
• You must not allow any other person to access your 999bs account on your behalf. Each account is for the sole use of the registered account holder.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 999bs support immediately. 999bs will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• 999bs reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the security of that account is believed to have been compromised, pending investigation.

All accounts on 999bs are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account credits, bonuses, or prizes to any other person.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 999bs Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all financial transactions.

• All funds deposited to 999bs must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of the deposited funds.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account after login.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. 999bs reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays or refusal.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 999bs is not responsible for delays caused by issues on the payment provider's network.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit where operationally feasible, as an anti-money-laundering measure. 999bs reserves the right to request additional verification in cases where the withdrawal method differs from the deposit method.

999bs does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, payment providers may apply their own transaction fees independently of 999bs. Players are advised to check with their payment provider regarding any applicable charges.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

999bs may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are detailed at the point of offer. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated.

• Bonuses are credited in BDT and may be subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's specific terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants on their first qualifying deposit only. Subsequent deposits by the same User do not qualify for a welcome bonus. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, and per device.
• 999bs reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been claimed and wagered in accordance with their stated terms will not be retroactively affected.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games specified in the promotion terms. Certain game categories (e.g. live casino tables, specific sports markets) may be excluded from bonus wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers, including through collusion, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts, will result in immediate cancellation of all bonuses and may result in account closure.

Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 999bs Platform operate using independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology, ensuring fair and unpredictable outcomes. 999bs does not manipulate game results. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risk of loss in gambling activities.

• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during a session, 999bs will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, bets placed for that round will be refunded to the Player's account balance.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing these limits before placing bets. 999bs reserves the right to amend bet limits at any time.
• For sports betting, all bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, 999bs's decision shall be final.
• Any bet placed after an event has concluded (late bets resulting from system latency) will be voided and the stake returned. 999bs implements technical safeguards to minimise late betting but cannot guarantee prevention in all cases.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999bs Platform. Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or integrate proceeds of crime. 999bs monitors all transactions for suspicious activity and is obligated to report suspicious transactions in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering frameworks.
• Collusion and cheating: Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or live table games, or using external software or bots to automate gameplay or exploit game vulnerabilities.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Disputing a legitimate transaction with a payment provider after using the deposited funds on the Platform. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and recovery of funds through all available legal means.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access to the Platform by a person who is under 21.
• Platform abuse: Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or unintended features of the Platform to gain financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and may be recovered from the Player's account.

999bs employs fraud detection systems that operate continuously. Where prohibited activity is detected, 999bs may freeze account funds pending investigation. 999bs will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities where legally required to do so.

Responsible Gaming

999bs is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools and resources to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Time-out: Players may request a short-term time-out period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, the account will remain accessible for withdrawal only. Time-out periods cannot be shortened once activated.
• Self-exclusion: Players who believe they have a problem with gambling may request permanent self-exclusion. Upon self-exclusion, the account will be closed and the Player will be prevented from re-registering. This measure is designed to be difficult to reverse and requires a formal request and cooling-off period.
• 999bs will not send promotional communications to any Player who has activated a time-out or self-exclusion. If you receive promotional material during an exclusion period, please report it to support immediately.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 999bs Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, images, audio, and video, is the property of 999bs or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 999bs Platform without the prior written consent of 999bs. Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999bs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. 999bs's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the preceding thirty (30) days.

• 999bs does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• 999bs shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from the use of the Platform, even if 999bs has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

999bs reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 999bs will notify registered Users via the Platform's notification system or by email where an email address is held on record. The updated Terms will take effect from the date they are published on the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with 999bs support should be submitted in writing to 999bs via the contact details provided on the Platform. 999bs will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through this internal process, Users may seek recourse through applicable legal channels. 999bs's decisions on matters relating to gameplay outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account management shall be final unless demonstrably contrary to these Terms.
